KEEFY CANNAFEST 2026 returns on September 19, 2026 at the Sangamon County Fairgrounds in New Berlin, Illinois. Known as the “Seed to Session Connection,” this cannabis-focused, alcohol-free festival brings together artists, growers, brands, vendors, and the cannabis community for a full day of music, networking, and entertainment.

General Admission tickets are available, while VIP tickets have sold out. The event is strictly for guests aged 21 and over.
